CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨 🔔 Kindly take note of the following salon cancellation policies: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required for all appointments. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained. A 15-minute grace period is allotted for lateness. Exceeding this timeframe will result in the cancellation of the appointment, treated as a no-show, to maintain the precision of our scheduling and uphold fairness to other clients. Cancellations for any reason will lead to the forfeiture of the deposit. To avoid deposit loss, rescheduling must be arranged at least 7 days in advance. No-call, no-show occurrences will incur a charge of 100% of the remaining balance and the forfeiture of the deposit. Please note that refunds are not applicable to any hair extensions or services rendered. Your comprehension and cooperation are greatly appreciated. 🔔OTHER POLICES AND PROCEDURES "As a client of Hermosita Salon & Spa, I acknowledge and agree to the following policies: 1. Prices on the website are starting prices and may vary based on the desired look, requiring additional products and time. Longer and thicker hair may result in increased pricing. 2. All hair extensions purchases /orders and deposits are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds for any services rendered, including hair extension installations and any chemical services including Brazilian blowouts , treatments and color services. 3. I understand the risks associated with chemical services, and the stylist is not liable for any damage. While the stylist will strive for desired results, they are not guaranteed. 4. Any concerns or desired changes to my hair must be addressed before paying and leaving the salon. 5. It is my responsibility to take home recommended hair care products and follow aftercare instructions to maintain the desired look including color , treatments or extensions. Refusing recommended aftercare releases the stylist from responsibility for any issues resulting from unknown home care practices. 6. By paying for the services at the end of my appointment including any additional tipping, I affirm that I am happy with the results of my hair and that the services rendered meet my expectations. By proceeding with services at Hermosita Salon & Spa, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies.”
